NOVEMBER TOURNAMENT OF CHAMPIONS

Hi all you cribbers ... it's that time again ... NOVEMBER TOURNAMENT OF CHAMPIONS. The November TOC is scheduled for Saturday, December 5th at 7 pm. Please see the list of eligible players listed below. In order to play in this tourney, where the CHAMPION will win an extra 20 tix from the Webmasters, you must have taken 1st place in a tournament during the month of November. We had 92 awesome players qualify this month---the MOST ever, I might add!!
Remember to sign up early as there is a limit to the first 40 players!

TOC tourney is today at 7PM Eastern Time.
On iPhone & Android devices, our Cribbage app lists upcoming tournaments via Menu->Tournaments.
The maximum of 4 pending tournaments is listed on top in bold lettering.
Once the tourney is listed, you can select it, see its list of participants and, (on iPhone) on the bottom, use 'Sign Up'.
You can reserve your spot for the tournament earlier via the Desktop at GameColony.com.
You will find the 'More tournaments' button on the tournaments page directly above the 4 tournaments that are soonest to be played. Click the down arrow on that and you will see many more tournaments, pending and completed.

At GameColony.com you can play games of skill only -- play for free or play for $prizes!.
According to the statutes of most states in the United States, gambling is defined as: "risking something of value upon the outcome of a contest of chance". (Also see No Gambling!). The skill (as opposed to chance) is predominant in games of skill. Playing games of skill for $prizes, therefore, has nothing to do with gambling as it is not a contest of chance -- the more skillful player will win far more often. The chance element of a 'gamble' is either insignificant or missing. When players compete in tournaments or games of skill for $prizes -- it is "competitive entertainment" rather then "gambling". The more skilled winner will always win more matches, tournaments and $prizes.
